“I’ve been working out with Ivan since Covid and have recommended him to all of my friends and family. He’s not the typical trainer who just yells at you to lift as heavy as possible. He goes deep into functional training and body mechanics to ensure injury prevention as well as getting into great shape.

He seems to know how each muscle and body part work together and is able to call me out any time I’m “cheating” to make sure that I’m not hurting myself. He’s also great with watching the kids when I pretend I need to go to the bathroom in order to catch a breath.
